In 2020, I started a new direct sales business. I've worked in some sales roles before but would definitely not classify myself as a pro. As I started navigating my way through the world of social selling I found myself having a lot of questions. I was very unsure of how to create relationships with my potential customers, what to ask, if my follow up was over the top or not enough. I wanted to succeed so badly but I was in desperate need of some guidance. 

Shortly after, I started working with Aynsley and immediately, I felt like I was in the right hands. Aynsley has such extensive knowledge and amazing ability to teach what she is already so good at. She really understands what it takes to create a relationship with a client that will convert to sales now and be a long lasting revenue stream. My favourite part of her coaching is the role playing during our one on ones. When I was unsure if I had grasped a concept she was explaining to me I was able to practice with her as my sounding board. This way, I was sure of myself when speaking with a client and my confidence was able to shine through. 

The growth I've seen in myself is almost immeasurable. I feel so self assured and like I am absolutely going to see long term success in my business. The growth in my sales had been huge! After learning with Aynsley and implementing her coaching, my sales grew over 350%. My business went from a "side hustle" to a full time income.
