Meet Aynsley
Welcome to The Partner Co.
Aynsley is a CPSA certified Sales Professional with experience in North American markets across a wide range of industries. After gaining sales specific education and experience in university and college, Aynsley was fortunate enough to pursue a career as a Sales Representative at a sales agency representing lines in the promotional products and golf industry.
She was then presented with an opportunity as a National Category Manager representing lines in the outdoor retail industry. Through these experiences, she had the privilege of working with some of North America's largest and most recognizable brands and retailers. After starting a family, it was time to further expand her skills and experience and she accepted the role as Education and Sales Manager for a small business in the aesthetics industry.
It was during her time in this position that Aynsley discovered clarity around why she'd been successful in her previous sales roles. This also reignited the passion she has for business to business sales and seeing others succeed. The Partner Company is a product of this understanding.
The Partner Company's purpose is to advise and direct others as they strive to achieve their future successes. TPC offers support in the creation of a clients' roadmap that can be a guiding force and compass in directing them to achieve their short- and long-term goals with practical and applicable business advice.
My Approach
The Partner Co. is dedicated to changing the narrative around what it takes to be successful in sales. Sales is more than throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping something will stick.
